Freccia dell’ Elba offers wonderful boat trip in the Elba Island that is located ten kilometers from the coast of Tuscany. The island has the largest European sea reserve, and many species live in these waters letting the fish population grow each year in a unspoiled and protected environment. You can visit the reserve, accompanied by one of our experienced guides.
During the boat trips you will have the opportunity to see dolphins, swordfishes and sea turtles. All the bays we visit are full of big groups, greater amberjacks, sea breams, bass and many other Mediterranean species. The boats fulfill all the safety requirements, are very comfortable and fully equipped to make your holiday unforgettable.
On board, a biologist is always present to comment the sightings and to pick up important scientific data for the research. Booking is mandatory. Service periods last from from April to October with departure from PortoFerraio and arrival to Porto Azzurro; Additionally from July to August every Tuesday a departure from Capoliveri and arrival to Porto Azzurro with standstill of an hour is scheduled. Adult rate is € 33, a reduced fare of 18€ applies for children from 4 to 12; children up to the 3 years are free.
The lunch on the boat is included: appetizer toasts with crab cream, patè of salmon and Philadelphia, then it will follow pasta with whipped cream and salmon accompanied by fish baked in foil and as dessert a chocolate cake. A soft music background will accompany you during lunch.
